Position: Full-Time Patient Coordinator Location: Richmond, KY Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Some Fridays, 8 AM - 2 PM Pay: $17-19 per hour (based on experience)

- Greet and Check-in/Check-out patients with a smile

- Answer phones, check voicemails, and return calls promptly
- Collect patient dues with accuracy
- Verify insurances and handle prior authorizations
- Confirm daily schedules to ensure smooth operations
