Job Opportunity – CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) – South Carolina

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36-40 hours per week; flexible 3×12 or 4×10 schedules available. Must be available to work all four weeks per month. Rotation to ambulatory surgery centers up to 1-2 times per week required.

Highlights:

• 13-week assignment with preference for 6-month commitment
• Work with a large anesthesia team of 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists in a Medical Direction Care Team model
• Diverse case mix including general, GYN, orthopedic, urology, and vascular procedures across 31 operating rooms and 9 non-OR sites
• Level III Trauma Center with approximately 150 anesthetics administered daily
• Epic EMR system; modern equipment including Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines
• Holiday coverage required (December 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30)

Requirements:

• Active CRNA board certification
• Valid state or compact nursing license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from assignment location
• COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
