Resident Assistant (RA) - Assisted Living CBRF Locations: Forest Glen & Shepherd's Inn Pay Range (Based on Experience) Day Shift: $18.50-$20.00 per hour (Includes $1.00 Shift Differential) Current Open Positions (Includes every other weekend and holiday) Day Shift (6:00AM - 2:00PM) - 40 hours per two week pay period, Includes 6AM-10AM shifts - Shepherds Inn Day Shift (6:00AM - 10:00AM) - 28 hours per two week pay period - Shepherds inn Day Shift (6:00AM - 10:00AM) - 8 hours per two week pay period - Forest Glen Position Summary The Resident Assistant (RA) provides hands-on support to older adults and individuals with disabilities who need daily assistance. This role focuses on helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in a supportive environment.
