This contract opportunity is perfect for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a flexible, rewarding position with a manageable caseload. The role begins August 24th and offers the chance to work onsite with students from Kindergarten to 6th grade, enriching their communication skills and fostering success in the classroom.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP licensure
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Kindergarten through 6th grade
- Assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s communication goals
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Serve a small, focused caseload of 8–10 students, allowing for meaningful connections and impact
- Maintain accurate records and participate actively in the school community
