Job Description:

Cowboy Coatings is a high-end automotive detailing company based in Mooresville, NC, specializing in paint correction, ceramic coatings, and premium vehicle care. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Detailer to join our team and help deliver exceptional results for our clients.

This position is based in a temperature-controlled, luxury detailing shop, working on a variety of high-end and everyday vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and interior detailing services.
• Execute paint correction services using machine polishers.
• Apply ceramic coatings and other protective products.
• Wash, prep, and maintain vehicles to a high standard.
• Inspect vehicles before and after service for quality control.
• Recommend additional services (upsells) when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing required.
• Must have buffing/polishing experience.
• Familiarity with paint correction and detailing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and company processes.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Willing to work a full 40-hour work week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$30 per hour (based on experience).
• 100% of tips.
• 50% commission on all upsells.
• Consistent, full-time hours.
• Work in a clean, temperature-controlled luxury shop.
