You will join a great team of talented professionals who take a collaborative approach and enjoy working together.Essential Functions:Generate and manage system and subsystem-level requirements specifications using requirements management tools such as DOORS, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the lifecycleConduct comprehensive requirement traceability analysis to ensure all stakeholder needs are fully addressed and covered by the system requirements.Document the development of system capabilities and ensure comprehensive architectural representation aligned with requirementsCreate and maintain verification matrices; actively support system verification and validation activities including test planning and executionLead and manage technical teams in a collaborative environment to successfully meet project objectivesDefine and manage interfaces between system elements, using Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and other means to ensure compatibility and interoperability.Leverage interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster cross-functional teamwork and resolve technical challenges effectivelyEngage with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.Ability to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.#LI-CS3Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
