Assistant Program DirectorThe Assistant Program Director will provide supervision of case management services to ensure quality care for adults who have experienced homelessness and mental illness. In the absence of the Program Director, this role will supervise program staff in conjunction with the Regional Director.Part-time: Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Long-term contract beginning immediately and running through December 23, 2025, with the possibility of extension beyond that date.Provide direct supervision of all program staff in relation to case management and program services (individual and group). Audit and review consumer progress notes and service plans in coordination with clinical staff. Ensure consumer service plans meet agency standards, are person-centered, and trauma-informed. Maintain contact with external service agencies and coordinate client placements for treatment and program activities (may include volunteer job placement). Assist the Director of Intake with scheduling and interviewing new tenants. Oversee orientation and transition of new tenants into the program. Participate in crisis intervention and report to management, agency, and stakeholders as needed. Support Facilities Management staff to ensure apartment standards are maintained in accordance with OMH, and HUD guidelines. Provide emergency and relief coverage when necessary. Represent the agency with community groups and partner agencies to develop service linkages. Conduct supervisory meetings with staff and maintain documentation of those meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Services (required). Strong mental health experience. Skilled in timely documentation, organization, and meeting deadlines. Comfortable leading staff meetings and supervising teams. Able to work independently with autonomy. Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing quality support services.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree and professional license (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC). Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
