Enhance your expertise in finance and strategic development.Job DescriptionOverviewLead strategic corporate development initiatives to drive growth and innovation within a dynamic financial services firm.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute high-value M&A opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.Develop and present sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to inform corporate strategies and mitigate risks effectively.Participate in post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.Engage in cross-functional projects to drive innovation and enhance organizational performance.Contribute to investor relations strategies and business development initiatives to strengthen market positioning.Utilize advanced analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and operational metrics comprehensively.Key Responsibilities & DutiesConduct thorough due diligence on acquisition targets, assessing strategic and financial alignment.Develop detailed valuation models and business cases to support M&A activities and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute transactions effectively and efficiently.Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior executives and stakeholders.Research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.Lead cross-functional projects to advance strategic business initiatives and organizational goals.Contribute to corporate strategy planning and development processes to drive long-term success.Ensure seamless integration of acquisitions, achieving alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy roles.Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced analytical tools.Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations.Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, economic principles, and industry dynamics.Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated executive presence.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments, fostering innovation and efficiency.
