As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our day shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed caregivers Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, empathy, and respect About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland, you will have the opportunity to work in a serene and active environment that fosters healing and rehabilitation.
