The Change of Insurance Representative’s primary role is to verify Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance(s) coverage for existing customers. Job Details Full‑time, non‑exempt, entry‑level position. After training, hybrid remote work schedule. Position located in Hudson, OH. Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Verify customer insurance and process application. Data entry of updated customer account information for claim processing. Develop and maintain positive relationships with medical offices, insurance companies, federal and state agencies. Analyze healthcare provider guidelines to resolve benefit plan and coverage discrepancies. Troubleshoot insurance coverage issues for new and existing customers. Core Competencies Self‑starter with the ability to work independently to achieve desired results. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Excellent telephone skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a consumer service organization or healthcare environment.
