AP Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Vendor Services Associate to support vendor relationships and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. This range is regarding base pay only and does not include benefits and potential bonuses. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographical location, skillset, education, and experience. Responsibilities Reconcile vendor statements Maintain vendor database Answer phones Data entry Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities Performs other duties as assigned Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time Desired Skills and Qualifications At least 2-4 years of related experience is required Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment Must be strong with numbers Strong attention to detail and highly accurate Detail-oriented, accurate, hardworking and enthusiastic Strong interpersonal skills Computer Skills - Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Language Skills - Basic: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
