Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages.

Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Perform routine physical examinations and screenings.

Prescribe medications and treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulations.

Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice.

Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensure in Nevada.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Commitment to patient-centered care and community health.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
