Summary

A growing family law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to handle complex divorce and family law matters. This role offers a flexible, technology-driven work environment with the ability to work remotely when possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce and family law litigation matters

• Attend major case events, hearings, depositions, and trials

• Develop and implement case strategies for litigated divorce matters

• Manage client service teams and oversee the work of associate attorneys

• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and other legal team members

• Provide strong client service and maintain client relationships

• Manage cases and ensure matters progress effectively

• Business development is encouraged but not required

Qualifications

• Florida Bar admission required

• At least 2 years of family law experience; 3+ years preferred

• Experience handling divorce and family law matters

• Trial and deposition experience required

• Strong litigation and case strategy skills

• Ability to manage cases independently

• Experience supervising or mentoring associate attorneys and/or paralegals is preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Palm Beach, Wellington and Boca Raton, FL.
