Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends!)

What You Will Do

As a Material Handler, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing operations. You will rotate through multiple high-skill roles, including operating heavy machinery, packaging, and quality control.

• Heavy Lifting: Operate overhead cranes to safely move steel coils weighing 20 to 40 tons.

• Equipment Operation: Run forklifts, slitters, and banding tools to process metal products.

• Production Prep: Read work orders, assist in building skids, and bundle products securely for shipment.

• Quality Control: Use tape measures to ensure all cut metal meets exact customer specifications.

• Teamwork: Support various warehouse stations and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, heavy material handling, or heavy industry tasks.

• Machinery Skills: Prior experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is highly preferred.

• Precision: Ability to read a tape measure accurately with strong attention to detail.

• Grit: Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, and industrial environment.

• Reliability: A team player who shows up on time and is ready to hit daily production goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
