We currently offer daily productivity and cash commissions for beard trims, neck trims, bang trims, shampoos, and styles. We also have monthly and quarterly bonuses, 7 paid holidays for our full timers, retirement plan, and more. All with a guaranteed hourly wage and built in clientele.

Hair Stylist/Barber qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
