ADMISSIONS OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Position Summary The Admissions Operations Support Specialist supports the technical and administrative processes within the admissions office, focusing on data integrity, application processing, and student record management, as well as meeting the administrative needs of the Admissions Office. The Support Specialist provides customer service and front-line support for the Financial Aid Department with phone calls, emails, and assigned projects. The Support Specialist will triage phone calls/emails to the appropriate financial aid counselor.
