HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital, along with its affiliated freestanding emergency departments, is actively seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join our experienced and collaborative team in picturesque Port Charlotte, Florida.

Your Day to Day

• Deliver high-quality emergency care at a 253-bed hospital featuring a brand-new 20-bed ED following a $50M expansion.
• Utilize modern systems and tools including Ultrasound, PACS, CT, Meditech P-Doc, and M*Modal dictation.
• Benefit from separate pediatric triage and waiting areas that support smooth patient flow.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Joint Commission-accredited Stroke Center of Excellence .
• Treat a diverse mix of cases across annual volumes of approximately 35,000 patient visits .

What We're Looking For

• Board-eligible/Board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• FM/IM physicians with 2+ years recent EM experience will be considered
• ACLS & PALS required
• Team-focused physicians committed to quality, communication, and efficiency
