Medical Device Assembler I – 1st Shift

Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler I to join our manufacturing team in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will help produce life-saving medical devices in a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and test medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components.
• Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.
• Ensure product traceability and report quality concerns promptly.
• Handle small parts and components with precision and care.
• Operate within a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and visitors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist in meeting production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
