Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler in Hamilton, OH!
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
Pay Rate : $19.00-$20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Location : Hamilton, OH
Overtime : Required
Assembler Requirements/Qualifications

Previous assembly or mechanical experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed job instructions
Experience assembling conveyors or material handling equipment preferred
Experience wiring motors, proximity switches, photo-eyes, push buttons, disconnect boxes, or electrical panels is a plus
Basic hand tools required (company tools available to borrow or purchase if needed)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Resume and interview required
Background check required
Drug screen required

About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

Read and interpret blueprints and detailed job descriptions
Gather parts and materials needed for each assembly
Assemble conveyors and material handling equipment in the proper sequence
Test completed equipment to ensure proper operation
Verify equipment meets customer specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with the paint department to complete touch-up work as needed
Complete and sign inspection reports
Perform work safely while following all company safety procedures
Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with additional assembly duties as assigned
