About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Strategy and Data Officer to play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's housing strategy. This executive will be a key advisor, leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy that supports policy and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team, directing research and policy development, and leading agency-wide transformation initiatives. A strong focus will be on improving the constituent experience, advancing performance and accountability, and building organizational capacity. The role requires a strategic, collaborative leader with a proven track record in data analysis, policy analysis, and program evaluation, as well as experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Applicants for the Chief Strategy and Data Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' professional experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. The ideal candidate will have a background in data and policy, with a strong knowledge of the housing landscape and policy environment. Key qualifications include expertise in data analysis, research, and program evaluation, as well as experience in developing data strategies and governance practices. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. A graduate degree in a related field is preferred, and a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills and competencies is essential.
