Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTLead all maintenance operations for a 24/7 manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment performance.Drive improvements in equipment uptime, technical availability, and overall plant reliability through disciplined maintenance execution.Develop and implement preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance programs to eliminate recurring equipment failures.Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown activities, and execution of maintenance excellence initiatives.Manage annual maintenance budgets, capital improvement requests, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial objectives.Optimize spare parts inventory, warehouse operations, and asset management processes to improve service levels and inventory accuracy.Champion reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and TPM-based maintenance practices.Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, engineers, and technicians while building organizational capability and succession plans.Partner with operations, engineering, and project teams to support equipment upgrades, modernization efforts, and new equipment installations.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement with a long-term focus on achieving zero repeat breakdowns.NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.THE ENVIRONMENTSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
