Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL

Position Overview Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a truck driver to deliver materials and support warehouse operations. Schedule Monday - Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring accurate delivery tickets. Pick up customer returns, validating product matches for credit requests. Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report problems or issues. Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material. Work overtime as needed. Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and a safety harness with a 400‑lb capacity. Pre‑employment drug and background screening required. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Hold a valid driver’s license. Follow all DOT standards and regulations. Maintain a valid DOT Medical card. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus. Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach. Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range $17.17 – $25.76, with bonus or incentive plan eligibility.
