Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Searches, managing the process from intake through to placement.
- Act as a Strategic Partner to your clients, grasping their hiring objectives, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing techniques with our proprietary CRM/ATS, as well as through your expansive network and innovative communication tools.
- Capitalize on Our Platform to handle candidates, monitor outreach, and streamline follow-ups.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that generate long-standing value for clients while yielding substantial commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives as we elevate our brand — which includes you, too.

- Feel comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided for our platform).
