Order Picker - Fenton, MO

Now Hiring: Order Selector / Picker

Location: Fenton, MO Schedule: 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday OT as needed Pay: $17.50 hourly

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced warehouse team? We're looking for motivated Order Selectors/Pickers to help keep operations running smoothly by accurately picking and preparing products for distribution.

What You'll Do:

• Pick, stack, label, and organize products for shipment
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Sort items on pallets or bakery dollies based on size, type, and product code
• Load and unload bread trays from trucks
• Use RF scanners or voice-picking technology (training provided if applicable)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Meet productivity and quality goals
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to follow standard procedures and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
