A clear path into clinical leadership as our OT department expands. The role Our Lead Occupational Therapist is a senior clinician who treats, teaches, and sets the example for our OT team. You will carry a pediatric caseload, supervise COTAs, and serve as the go-to clinical resource for your colleagues. You will report to our Executive Clinical Director and work closely with our Administrative Director on patient scheduling. What you will do Evaluate and treat children from infancy through adolescence Supervise COTAs in line with Texas OT rules, including co-treats, documentation review, and plan-of-care oversight Mentor newer OTs through case consults, modeling sessions, and feedback Write clear, timely evaluations, plans of care, and progress notes that meet payer requirements Coach families with practical home programs that carry therapy into daily life Collaborate with our speech, PT, and ABA teams on shared clients What you bring Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Active Texas OT license (or eligibility) and NBCOT certification 3+ years of pediatric OT experience, outpatient clinic preferred Demonstrated leadership ability, such as supervising COTAs, mentoring therapists, or leading a clinical program Strong skills in sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and developmental play Feeding, handwriting, or sensory integration training is a plus What success looks like Your caseload is full and your documentation and patient engagement sets the example for the team. Benefits Base salary of $72,000–$78,000 (based on experience), plus an uncapped quarterly productivity bonus.
