About the Role Paradies Lagardère is an award‑winning Airport Concessionaire seeking a Supervisor (Hourly). This full‑time, on‑site position is part of our retail and dining environment. Location Showing 1 location Responsibilities Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guest drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their arrival. Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point‑of‑sale system. Handle money, process credit and debit card transactions, make change, and comply with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention SOPs. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products; make recommendations, including allergy information. Create and deliver first‑class experiences to travelers at national brand or local community concepts. Maintain safety and health standards in a post‑COVID‑19 environment.
