You’ll take customer selections, process them quickly and correctly, and help ensure our clients get exactly what they ordered, no mistakes, no surprises. Your attention to detail keeps us a step ahead.What You’ll Be Doing:Input and import customer selections into our WBS database within 24–48 hoursRecord carpet exclusions and request trim estimates for a smoother customer experienceScan and catalog all quote-related documents for easy referenceUpdate entries as changes come in, no outdated info on your watchDouble-check every entry to ensure 100% data accuracyCollaborate with your team to hit goals and improve processesWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma required2+ years of administrative experience is a plusStrong attention to detail, you catch what others missGreat under pressure and deadline-driven environmentsSolid time management and problem-solving skillsBasic computer proficiency.
