Join an upfitting crew and turn brand-new vehicles into fully equipped police and emergency units. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing your work hit the road, this fast-paced, high-impact role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Transform vehicles with lights, wiring, consoles, bumpers, and more
• Install and route electrical systems and components
• Take vehicles apart and put them back together—better than before
• Read schematics and bring builds to life
• Handle repairs, service work, and occasional road jobs
• Work independently, keep things organized, and suggest improvements
• Use your own tools to get the job done right

What You Bring

• Automotive electrical/mechanical skills (bonus if diesel, air brakes, or welding)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license and basic tools
• Ability to handle physical, hands-on work

Bonus Points

• Emergency vehicle, fire/rescue, or heavy truck experience
• Trade school or certifications (ASE, EVT, mechanic’s license)
