Professional development support, including paid training time Paid supervision, case consultation, and documentation time Reimbursement for clinical license renewal Independence in a tight‑knit, supportive, and transparent team environment Commitment to promoting work/life balance Credentialing completed by Ellie’s contract and credentialing team Community Engagement Opportunities Additional earning opportunities Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol, due within 48 hours of session conducted Full‑time clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client session hours per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Contribute to a thriving team culture Other responsibilities as required (e.g., remote hours as per clinic manager discretion) Required Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid license to practice in Colorado Certifications and/or specialized trainings (particularly EMDR) are a plus General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents timely Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to learn Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) Pass a background check Licensed clinicians currently credentialed with insurance panels are a plus Bilingual clinicians are a plus What Else You Should Know This position is located in Broomfield, CO - Broomfield Professional Campus This role serves clients typically in person, with an option for some remote hours, in coordination and discretion of clinic manager This position will report to the location’s Clinic Manager Learn more about our amazing company at Compensation Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Seeking creative & collaborative humans with a passion for changing mental health care in fun and meaningful ways.
