Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy Restaurant Manager to lead a large team in a casual dining environment. If you have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this opportunity at Buffalo Wild Wings offers a dynamic career with room to grow and a competitive rewards package.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 16+ staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee daily operations including inventory management and quality control
Train and develop staff to maintain high performance and compliance standards
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Utilize general management software to track and manage operations
Assist with basic financial planning and budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in restaurant management
