Physical Therapist Per Diem

$60.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing expert care and rehabilitation services to help them achieve their maximum potential. This is a per diem position, working every other weekend, with a competitive hourly rate of $60.00.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions

• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

• Masters in Physical Therapy

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
