At Plastic Printers, we've spent nearly 30 years helping businesses create custom products that wow their customers. We're constantly adding new products, equipment, and ways of producing things -which means our production environment moves quickly and rarely looks exactly the same from one day to the next.

We're looking for a Production – Finishing, Support & Operator who loves working with their hands, learning on the fly, and jumping in wherever they're needed.

You might be folding and finishing products today, learning to run a UV printer tomorrow, helping test a brand-new product next week, and jumping over to packaging when a big order needs to ship.

What You'll Do

• Operate and support finishing equipment including folding, gluing, foiling, and cutting

• Learn to operate different production equipment and processes

• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting

• Feed, catch, inspect, finish, and pack products

• Read job tickets and ensure specifications and quality standards are met

• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed

• Help with packaging, labeling, and general production support

• Work with specialty equipment including UV printers, embroidery equipment, product jigs, and more

• Pivot between tasks, equipment, and departments based on daily production needs

• Help test and launch new products, equipment, and production processes as we grow
