Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full-time employment opportunity supporting the sales team in daily operations and client interactions. This role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and providing clear, courteous information about services. The Sales Assistant will help prepare sales materials, maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and track follow-ups to support overall sales goals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, organizing documentation, collaborating with team members, and assisting with basic administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales processes. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build rapport and support clients professionally. Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for frequent client and team interactions. Sales awareness and comfort with supporting outreach, follow-ups, and basic sales activities. Organization skills to manage documentation, schedules, and customer information accurately and efficiently. Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or customer databases and standard office software. Ability to work on-site full-time in Sayville, NY to start then transitioning to hybrid and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in customer-facing or sales support roles is preferred but not required.
