Bartender
Bartenders create a fun and relaxing guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic beverages while ensuring excellent service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Smile and provide friendly, engaging guest service to create "Guests for Life."
- Verify identification and ensure all age requirements are met.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Make recommendations based on guests' tastes and preferences.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and team members.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations.
- Familiarity with standard bar equipment (e.g., dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine).
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–30 lbs.
- Ability to tolerate busy or noisy work environments.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
