What you’ll do: As our next Compliance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety, enhance environmental quality, and keep things running smoothly. Your daily impact: The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. However, not all duties can be listed, and as business needs evolve, responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies: Compliance: Supporting regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance across the organization. Document Management: Maintaining tracking systems for key documentation, including internal policies and corporate details. Corporate Compliance: Ensuring corporate entities remain in good standing across the U.S. and licenses are current. Policy Development: Assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Bids & Proposals: Collaborating with sales and bid teams to ensure complete and timely submissions. Third-Party Compliance: Managing external compliance portals and requirements. Data Management: Keeping databases and shared sites current, ensuring accuracy and timely information sharing. Office Operations: Managing daily office activities including supply ordering, document management, scanning, and mail distribution. Minimum job qualifications define the essential skills, experience, and abilities needed to succeed in the role. They set the baseline for hiring but may evolve as the job and business requirements change: Education: High School or GED, College Degree Preferred. Experience: 3 years compliance / office management experience. Certification: Current Notary certification. Skills and competencies: Adaptability & Prioritization: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize a fluid workload. Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Problem Solving & Compliance Awareness: Proactively identify and resolve legal and compliance issues in line with policies. Administrative Excellence: Strong administrative skills with the initiative to organize and complete daily tasks effectively.
