New Home Sales Associate
Location: LaSalle County, IL
Pay: $40,000 Base + Commission Potential up to $190,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekend availability required

Express Employment Professionals is partnered with an established residential resort-style community in LaSalle County that is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven New Home Sales Associate to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping clients navigate the home buying process in a unique lifestyle-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process
• Conduct tours of available homes and community amenities
• Educate clients on floor plans, features, and available inventory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Participate in open houses, events, and lead generation efforts
• Stay informed on local market trends and available properties
• Assist with contracts, paperwork, and transaction coordination
• Follow established sales processes and systems

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Broker's License preferred OR willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and sales-minded
• Comfortable working weekends as needed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Passion for real estate, hospitality, or community-focused environments
