This role involves providing adult respiratory care in an acute care setting, including procedures such as ventilator management, arterial blood gases, and bronchoscopy assistance. The hospital operates 24/7, with shifts primarily during nights, and requires a dedicated professional ready to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (Registered), including relevant clinical experience in adult respiratory care within an acute care setting, with at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult critical care or ICU environments, and familiarity with standard respiratory procedures such as ventilator management and arterial blood gases.
• Additional Information: The department employs GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, and Airvo HFNC equipment. The team consists of experienced staff with a collaborative personality, supporting a dynamic and technologically advanced environment. The dress code requires olive green scrub tops and black pants.
