Social Services Coordinator (CSA)

Job Description
Fauquier County Department of Social Services is seeking a (CSA) Coordinator to help support programs and services for children and families in our community. This position plays an important role in coordinating services, ensuring compliance with state and local policies, managing program funding, and working closely with service providers and community partners.
\n \nWhat You'll Do:
\n- \n
- Coordinate and monitor CSA services, service plans, and program compliance. \n
- Review invoices, expenditures, contracts, and funding sources. \n
- Analyze program data, service costs, and outcomes. \n
- Work collaboratively with case managers, service providers, and community partners. \n
- Support Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT) and Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) activities. \n
What We're Looking For:
\nCandidates with experience in human services, accounts payable, program administration, and contract management. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
\n \nSalary Range: $78,045.38 - $140,481.68 annually
