Asset & Wealth Management - Dallas - Senior Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration - 10273048

Job Duties: Senior Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Establish new accounts through understanding different client account structures and documentation requirements. Exercise due diligence reviews, ensuring compliance with the Firm’s Client Identification Program, SEC Books and Records, Know your Customer Rules, FINCen Customer Due Diligence, and other FINRA and regulatory obligations. Work closely with personal wealth management advisor teams to ensure all client documents are correct and sent to the client in a timely manner. Request products (options, margin, checking, debit cards, etc.) for the respective client accounts. Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services, including Cash products, Client Statements, and Performance reporting. Resolve issues through coordination with Compliance, Legal, and Anti Money Laundering teams. Work on improvements to account opening workflow and process.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: Microsoft Excel, including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; improving processes and enhancing procedures by identifying control and exposure points within their workflow and where errors may occur in the process; re-evaluating opportunity and return on investment in changing environments; working with Risk Management, Operations Risk Framework, Key Risk Indicators, and Risk and Control Self-Assessments; and project management tools including JIRA and Confluence.The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., 2026.
