JOB DUTIES

Above all else, to deliver our product to the customer in a safe manner. Complete a safe delivery program that has been approved by the company. You must safely and courteously comply with all traffic laws and ordinances, including wearing a seat belt at all times while driving. Know the delivery area and make a cash drop after every delivery. Never leave on a delivery carrying more than $20.00. Project a positive image to the customer while observing company policies and standards. Have necessary equipment ready before you start delivering, i.e.: Have a full tank of gas, full uniform, a cartop (lit after dark) and make sure your vehicle is operating in a safe, well maintained condition. Maintain a good driving record and immediately inform your manager of any changes in your record. To do everything in your power to impress, delight, and satisfy our customers and have the ability to handle customer concerns with grace and congeniality. Must be able to read a map. To assist in store operations such as answering the phones on the first ring, help make pizzas, prepare food for the makeline, stock the makeline and soda cooler, fold boxes, box top coupons, doorhang coupons, wash down surfaces, sweep and mop floors, and any other store maintenance deemed necessary by the manager in charge. Maintain all image standards that have been set forth by the company.

Themselves (their own automobile), food preparation equipment, cleaning equipment and supplies, and boxes.

Outdoors while delivering and indoors – heat from cooking.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lifting: Occasional, weight mostly under 5 lbs. Occasionally up to 35 lbs. Carrying: Occasional, weight mostly under 5 lbs. Occasionally up to 35 lbs. Sitting: Frequently – constant, seat in automobile while delivering pizzas. Standing: Frequently – constant, on tile surfaces. Walking: Frequent – constant, on tile and outdoor surfaces (concrete, asphalt, grass). Reaching: Occasional, level floor to 6 or 7 feet. Twisting: Occasional, may twist at waist or turn entire body. Bending: Occasional, may bend at waist or turn entire body. Squatting: Occasional, may squat or bend to reach floor. Climbing: Occasional, to clean oven hoods, height 6‑8 ft. Pushing / pulling: Occasional, mop bucket and dough trays on dollies. Foot controls: None. Driving: Constant, to and from pizza deliveries, errands for store as requested by manager in charge. Modifications possible: May be requested to assist in lifting or carrying any heavy items.

REQUIRES

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. You must have a safe, well‑maintained vehicle with proper insurance coverage. Employee must have a valid driver’s license, good background check, 2 years driving experience, a clean car and a good personal image that must meet company standards. Must be able to clean, speak English, make change, answer phones and have a positive attitude. Drivers earn $15 to $20 per hour, including hourly wage, mileage and tips. #J-18808-Ljbffr Domino's
