What You Bring

• 4+ years of retail management experience (thrift or off-price strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong ownership mindset—you want to run your own store
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-volume environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
