VP of Operations – Drive Operational Excellence and Multi-Crew Performance Job Overview Company: SOUTHEAST CAISSONS, LLC Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 to $130,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonus. The Opportunity You will serve as the strategic engine of our field operations, commanding the execution of high-stakes drilling projects across multiple regional sites. This executive leadership role empowers you to scale our operational capacity while fostering a culture of high performance and elite safety standards. How You Will Make an Impact Oversee and manage comprehensive daily drilling operations involving multiple specialized crews across various project locations. Coordinate the complex scheduling of field crews, heavy equipment, and essential materials to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor real-time project progress and adjust field operations dynamically to consistently meet strict deadlines and budget requirements. Lead and mentor field supervisors and crew members to maintain peak productivity and professional development within the field. Collaborate with estimating and executive teams to align ground-level operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives. Identify and implement process improvements to increase site efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall performance. Maintain professional and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure project alignment. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in a high-level operational leadership role within the specialized construction or drilling trades. Strong logistical expertise in managing diverse crews and heavy equipment across multiple geographic sites. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to oversee regional operations and maintain site-level quality control. Demonstrated success in budget management and the optimization of field resources. Exceptional communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between field execution and executive strategy. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 7 to 10 years of related work experience in commercial drilling or specialized foundation operations. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Operations, or a related technical field. Advanced experience in project scheduling software and operational performance tracking.
