I graduated from Union College with a B.S. in Mathematics, where I was also a member of the golf team. Outside the office, you’ll find me spending time with my wife, Dana and our two daughters, Jaid and Emma. I’m passionate about golf, all things bourbon, and giving back to the community that’s given so much to my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Goh - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
