The Role:

• Location: Elko, NV 89801
• Assignment Duration: Ongoing
• Shift Type: 7a-3p + optional weenight call 3p-7a and weekend call
• Patients per Shift: 4-5
• Cases: Cardiac, Complete Orthopedic, Obstetrical, Pediatric, Regional anesthesia
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 3
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Preferred.
• Requirements: Active NV License or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days+
