You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. We are seeking a highly motivated part-time sales associate who is wanting a flexible work schedule and earn a base hourly wage + unlimited sales commissions based on your efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• MUST OBTAIN Virginia Property & Casualty Producer License AND Virginia Life/Heath Producer License PRIOR to Employment.
