U.S. Renal Care in Victorville, CA is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team providing specialized nutrition care for patients with kidney disease. You will develop and tailor therapeutic diets in collaboration with physicians, review labs, and educate patients on fluid, electrolyte, and CKD-MBD management. You'll participate in monthly QAPI activities and care conferences, collaborating with the Medical Director, nursing staff, social workers, and facilities to support positive #J-18808-Ljbffr U.S. Renal Care
