$130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the ground-up development of a premier high-rise multifamily project on Pensacola's shoreline . This is a high-impact role for a leader who can take ownership from preconstruction through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction for a large-scale, ground-up high-rise multifamily project
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Drive preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and permitting
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, design teams, and key stakeholders
• Oversee risk management, safety, quality control, and contract compliance
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project staff and field teams

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of construction experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior Project Manager role
• Proven experience delivering high-rise or large multifamily projects (ground-up required)
• Strong knowledge of coastal construction considerations preferred
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and contract management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
