About the Position

Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Float to other clinic locations as needed
• Collaborate with the clinical team and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Willingness and ability to float to neighboring clinic locations
• Prior travel experience is not required — first-time travelers are welcome
• Must be a graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program (new graduates are not eligible for this position)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Comfort with high-volume patient caseloads and productivity-driven environments
• Experience with double-booking and efficient scheduling workflows
