MUST LIST COOK EXPERIENCE ON APPLICATION AND/OR PROVIDE A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED. YOU WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST POSITION WITHOUT PROVIDING YOUR COOK EXP.

Individuals will be responsible for the preparation of all food items listed on the daily menu including, meats, soups, sauces, gravies, vegetables, starches, short order items, sandwiches, grilled items, breakfast items & salads. All other tasks will be explained during interview or while in training. They will follow all recipes without exception. They will be accountable & sign for all subsistence they receive/prepare. They will be responsible for cleaning their own equipment and area of responsibility.

You must be capable to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, standing 4-6 hours per shift, twist, bend, stoop, overhead reaching, walk, climb stairs, squeezing and grasping.

All applicants must be able to pass a background check for base access to be employed by Allen Tharp, LLC.

Background checks are done annually.

Camp Bullis-5420/6361 location pays $20.11 per hour, includes Free Uniforms, Medical, Dental and Pension Plan.

Note: When working at Lackland Air Force Base-pay rates decrease by $1.00 per hour & rates are according to position codes.
