Valley View Manor is currently looking for a PCA looking to be on the fast track to working as a CNA! Fast track options Track 1: Test out option We will provide the CNA Handbook & Skills Handbook needed to study before testing out. We will provide a Q&A with our team to ask any questions before testing out. We will pay for the CNA test upfront once the test is passed. Newly certified CNAs will be able to start immediately facility. Track 2: Work while you learn This option allows PCAs to take the traditional course while making money. PCAs will have upfront training in the facility to help them feel comfortable in the new position. Real on-the-job experience that will help during the coursework.
